SpotboyE.com told you a few days ago how Aamir and Pritam travelled to the actor's Panchgani farmhouse to discuss and finalise the music for Dangal (Aamir Whisks Pritam Away From Jagga Jasoos, June 27).
Now, our sources have it that Aamir is eyeing property in Sector 17 of Vashi, and even met brokers while en route to Panchgani.
The PK actor has been looking at properties in Navi Mumbai area for a few weeks now. He currently lives bang in the middle of Mumbai in Bandra, so Vashi is easier to get to his to his Panchgani farmhouse. Also recently many shoots have begun to take place in the Navi Mumbai area, so the travel becomes easier.
Star or no star, everyone has to suffer the Mumbai traffic after all.
Such quaint places that are a comfortable drive away from the hustle and bustle of the city are fast becoming favourite investment opportunities for the stars.
Who doesn't know Salman Khan's famous Panvel farmhouse where he recently hosted Sonakshi Sinha's birthday bash? Salman uses his farmhouse as base camp whenever he shoots in Karjat or Lonavala.
